A family story
"As far back as we can remember, our family has always been established in Chouilly. The first traces of our presence in the village date back more than 300 years, and perhaps even earlier. An unbreakable, almost irrational bond unites us with our land of origin.
Deeply attached to this modest Champagne village, we were born in Chouilly and we will stay here.
Even today, our entire family lives here, producing Champagne for four generations. We would never leave this village for anything in the world. Time is good in Chouilly and we have made our irreducible house the symbol of this adage.
For us, the family bond is sacred. It is the foundation of everything. From the elaboration of Champagne to our daily life, everything is done collegially. And it is our village that concentrates all the strength of this imperishable bond. Because as far as we can remember, we are rooted in Chouilly."
