SECRET D'ARAMIS
Terroir of Chouilly, Côte des Blancs
A cuvée that brings together the 3 main grape varieties of Champagne.
A wine focused on fruity notes from the black grape varieties of the Marne Valley and enhanced by a touch of liveliness thanks to Chardonnay from Chouilly.

Tasting
Beautiful nose that reveals itself expressive and harmonious with notes of white-fleshed fruits, vine flower and elderberry. Beautiful aromatic richness on a gourmet finish. Structured, balanced and refreshing mouth.

ECLAT DE CRAIE
CHOUILLY Grand Cru
A chiseled, fine and precise wine. Signature cuvée of our house.
A Blanc de Blancs that sublimes the tension and minerality of Chouilly's chalky soil.
Signature cuvée of our house thanks to this blend of several harvests and terroirs of Chouilly. Blend of more than 15 plots on most of the village's lieux-dits. This blend draws from all the plots of our terroir to find harmony and aromatic power.

Tasting
Fresh, delicate and airy nose. The mouth is tonic and slender. The effervescence brings freshness, before the palate opens on notes of white fruits, citrus, nougat and frangipane. Ideal for an aperitif, or with seafood.

GRAND ECLAT 2018
CHOUILLY Grand Cru - Vintage 2018
A powerful, voluminous Blanc de Blancs cuvée, carried by great minerality.
2018 Vintage: An extraordinary viticultural year, which gave grapes in a sanitary state close to perfection and generous, balanced and seductive wines.
Our Chardonnays from Chouilly offer an aromatic palette of great richness. 2018 is undoubtedly one of the great vintages of the decade, in quality as well as quantity.
GRAND ECLAT 2018 is made exclusively from a selection of the House's best Chardonnays on the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly.

Tasting
An Extra-Brut dosage to accompany this 100% Chardonnay focused on maturity. Its aromatic complexity and buttery patina complement the natural aromas of Chardonnay such as white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruits.
A gourmet and complex vintage. To be enjoyed for its own pleasure or paired with fish and seafood, white meats and poultry. To be enjoyed now or left to age.
Serve chilled, around 8° to 10°C as an aperitif, and 10° to 12°C during meals.

A powerful Blanc de Blancs cuvée, carried by great minerality.
Prestige cuvée of Maison Roland Champion, made only when nature offers us exceptional years, always in limited quantity.
The Club cuvée is created from a blend of plots dear to the Champion family. The identity of each edition will be defined by the vintage and shaped by our perspective and work philosophy.
This cuvée offers freshness and aromatic power. It highlights the great minerality of our Chardonnays from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly.

CLUB TRESOR DE CHAMPAGNE: This cuvée is part of the Club Trésors de Champagne, a very demanding club that only produces champagnes during exceptional years and after validation by oenologists during a blind tasting.

LES PARTELAINES 2019
CHOUILLY Grand Cru - Vintage 2019
Parcel selection from an exceptional terroir, this ephemeral cuvée is the favorite of the 2019 harvest.
Each year, we select a different plot to create a unique limited edition. For this edition, we chose the Partelaines plot, a historic terroir of our domain in the Côte des Blancs.
This exclusive and unprecedented cuvée, produced in very limited quantity, is vinified separately in oak barrels to express all the uniqueness of this exceptional terroir.
Blanc de Blancs composed of 100% Chardonnay from Chouilly and without adding dosage liqueur, allowing the Terroir, Wine and Nature to express themselves freely.

2019 Vintage
Mother Nature alternated excesses during this viticultural year. Mild winter, spring marked by several frost episodes, intense heat at the beginning of summer, then a long period of drought.
The end of maturation took place in very good conditions, with cool nights allowing slow maturation and the preservation of beautiful acidities.
The 2019 vintage offers us an excellent qualitative level. The Chardonnays from Chouilly brought us freshness and elegance, giving birth to a vintage of great precision.
Tasting
On the nose, this Champagne reveals subtle aromas of white chocolate, tonka bean and beautiful minerality.
On the palate, it is of great finesse, with beautiful liveliness, citrus notes and a saline finish, recalling the limestone terroir of Chouilly.
A champagne that is sufficient on its own as an aperitif, but which will pair very well with white fish, shellfish or aged cheeses.

ROSÉ CARAT
Blend of 90% white wine and 10% red wine
A cuvée that is both fruity and fresh, highlighted by intense minerality.

Tasting
The balance of the 3 grape varieties gives an intense, fresh and gourmet nose. We find a subtle marriage of red fruits and citrus.
A fruity and voluptuous palate, a finish on crisp fruits.
This Champagne can be served as an aperitif or at table, and why not paired with exotic cuisine or in sweet and salty combinations.

RATAFIA CHAMPENOIS
Liqueur based on grape must and alcohol - 100% Chardonnay
Reflects the richness of our terroir and the heritage of Champagne winemaking traditions.
Champagne Roland Champion brings back to light this traditional Champagne alcohol, once made by our great-grandfather Honoré, for his personal consumption. We followed "his traditional recipe", making our ratafia from fresh grapes and 94° neutral alcohol.
Our ratafia "Le Rata à Noré" is made exclusively with unfermented Chardonnay grape musts from Chouilly. Combining fresh grape juice and neutral alcohol, this liqueur reveals all the aromatic richness and sweetness of ripe fruits.
Our ratafia benefits from aging in oak barrels, offering complex aromas of wood and vanilla, adding depth and structure to the sweetness of the fruit.
"Le Rata à Noré" embodies the very essence of the Champagne tradition. Made according to the Champagne Perpetual Reserve method, this ratafia is distinguished by its depth and intensity, thanks to a blend of grape must aged for several years.
History
Our project begins during the 2020 harvest. The juices of our fruitiest Chardonnays were taken, then aged individually in oak barrels, and finally blended. This Perpetual Reserve method allows blending vintages, guaranteeing complexity and aromatic consistency.

"Le Rata à Noré" is a generous liqueur, with an amber color, combining the sweetness of ripe yellow fruits with the subtle aromas of oak barrels. This alliance offers an elegant and gourmet taste experience, ideal for lovers of Champagne flavors.
This Ratafia de Champagne is perfect for sharing moments, whether as an aperitif or in a more original way, you can choose to serve it at the end of a meal to accompany cheese or fruit-based desserts.
Serve chilled, between 6 and 9°C. Our ratafia is a liqueur that is easily and long-lasting preserved. After opening, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
